Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact support@kivora.store within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
