30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email support@kivora.store with your order number. We will send return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
Non-returnable items
Personal care items, opened consumables, gift cards and items on final sale cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order.
